One question that many people who are unfamiliar with our business tend to ask, often silently if not out loud. is that if this business is so good then why do people quit? And in this excellent CD by Founders Crowns Ron and Georgia Lee Puryear, Ron Purear answers it very clearly and quite convincingly.
According to Ron it is their "lack of faith" that leads them to quit this extraordinary opportunity. He says that these people "never build their faith." He then goes on to define faith as "the substance of things hoped for and evidence of things not seen."
In terms of our business what is the substance of things hoped for? It is the dream or the 'why'; the reason one builds this business; one's burning desire. And what is the evidence of things not yet seen? That, Ron says, is the action part. Your actions are what determines if you have faith and the dream is what motivates you to act.
Faith is an 'action' word. You don't exercise faith without action.
Ron describes the essence of our business when he says "If you want to succeed, you have to go out and find other people who want to succeed and help them."
Contained in this one small sentence is everything that is to know and to learn about what one needs to do to become successful in our business.

BWW889CD Dave Taylor - Structure for Diamond
(CD Notes) Appropriate for a New IBO within forst 90 to 120 days of Getting Started
Jumpstarting a new IBO, getting a new IBO started.
Information that is necessary if you are just getting started and information that is necessary to develop a successful business in your first ninety days.
What you need to do is bring somebody new into the business and show him the ropes. And show him more than anything else that you are confident and that you believe in this with all your heart. There is nothing that you can do that is more powerful than that and it shows in the way you talk, and it shows in the way you dress, and it shows in the things you do, the type of people you bring into the business, it shows what you believe in.
In that 90 day period, either you are changing your habits or you are not. Either you are getting into the lifestyle and the mentality of the business that we have or you are not.
If you want to have a big business, you are going to have to invest in your business.
One of the things I look for in a new IBO is do they have the guts enough to hang tough when people are not happy with their dream?
Are you instilling confidence in your new IBO?
How do you Jumpstart a new IBO?
You believe in them like nobody’s ever believed in them on this earth!
It’s not just doing on-on-ones and doing house meetings for them…you’ve got to strengthen them so that they can ward off the negatives that come against somebody that has a dream. You are their lifeline.
People pick up your passion, they pick up your feelings about what you are doing, your excitement.
You can always learn how to answer the questions, handle all the different objections, but what does the prospect see when he looks into your eyes? A Cool-Hand Luke?
What are people seeing when they see you? Do they see somebody who is passionate about what they are doing and believe it with all their heart?
How do you dress? How do you talk? You need to look sharp. Look like somebody that’s already a multimillionaire that’s going somewhere, somebody who’s a champion.
Jumpstarting a new IBO, getting a new IBO started.
Information that is necessary if you are just getting started and information that is necessary to develop a successful business in your first ninety days.
Our business is not Internet. Our business is not e-commerce. Our business is not ordering online. Our business is about people! It’s about people connecting and relating to one another.
...it has to do with how I feel about you and how I feel what you are about. If you are showing the plan to me, I want to see confidence, I want to see poise, I want to see excitement; I don’t want to see...classlessness.
You need to talk about where they want to go and what they want to do. The dreams. Get to know ‘em. Get close to ‘em. I am not concerned about when they get registered.

One of the things I look for in a new IBO is do they have the guts enough to hang tough when people are not happy with their dream?
Life is a natural deterrent to success.
Are you instilling confidence in your new IBO?
How do you Jumpstart a new IBO?
You believe in them like nobody’s ever believed in them on this earth!

We’re like talent scouts. I am looking for leaders. What are you looking for? Bodies for some PV so you can climb that ladder? I am looking for champs. I am looking for somebody that wants to get in the game and win!
"All human beings in the world are capable of being influenced. I want to be the one that wants to be the one that influences."
How do you dress? How do you talk? You need to look sharp. Look like somebody that’s already a multimillionaire that’s going somewhere, somebody who’s a champion.

Yet Another Blog?
About 10 years ago I got involved with a network-marketing company's business model and started building my business doing everything I learned I needed to do from the people in my immediate line of sponsorship (LOS) and the support system.
This blog is to share my experiences with others as well as to have it as my own personal journal.
While the names of my associates and the company will remain anonymous (though anyone familiar with the company or these individuals may have no difficulty in recognizing them) I shall be very open with disclosing what happened, my perceptions and reaction (or response) at that time and what I see as the consequences and what can be learned from that.
Network marketing has a general negative perception compared to other home-based self-employment opportunities and that perception, in my opinion, is not justified.
What affects and influences the perception of this industry more than anything are the people involved in it. And people are people whether in this industry or anywhere else.
This would be a great business...if it weren't for other people!
And that, my friend is for another blog for another day.
May life treat you kindly today and may you treat life the same.
